If you can't access the email address you used to set up your account, please call Mayo Clinic Customer Assistance at 507-266-0616 for assistance.
Can't log in even with correct username and password?
Please check that you've activated your account:
- When you first set up your username and password, Mayo Clinic emails you an activation link.
- You must click on that link to activate and verify your account.
When you click the link, you'll be asked to verify your identity online via a series of background questions.
